Facilities

• The State Capitol self-guided tour includes an audio-visual program and exhibits.
• Guided 30 minute tours of the first and second floors are available for groups of 10 or more. Guides will tailor tours to grade level and interest including a focus on the Civil War if requested.
• The Capitol is partially handicapped accessible.
• A picnic area available at the adjacent Museum of History.
• Remote bus parking available; Student drop off area provided near the Capitol.
• There are nearby restaurants located down Fayetteville Street.
